The spring market is upon us. Here are some ideas:

2. Well painted and taken care of trim can set a house apart from all the rest. It can also be memorable to the Buyer. Window boxes with great flowers can be very special. Look at the houses on your block and do something different. Maybe something rich and subtle.
3. For special occasion you always dress up, so dress up your house; selling it is a special occasion. Make sure that there is a great visual mix of colorful flowers, grasses and great rock. Make sure it is easy maintenance and here is Santa Fe native Xericscapeplant are great.
4. The entrance to the home is vital. Portals and Portico’s or a porch can set you apart from the 10 other homes the Buyer is looking at. All of these can add living space and it is especially nice to have a welcoming entrance before entering the living room.
5. Another key factor in having the buyers pulling up to your curb is PRICE. Talk to your Real Estate Professional; have them go over the local Absorption Table with you. You will learn some very interesting things.
